What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and articulate a strategic vision to capture market attention and drive growth
- Build and lead a team of sales executives while developing a strategic sales plan

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in sales within the insurance industry
- 10+ years of leadership experience, including team building
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with an insurance carrier or solution provider
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in selling solutions for risk and underwriting
- Familiarity with mover and property data
- Strong commercial instinct and entrepreneurial drive
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
