What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a regional talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
- Partner with global TA leadership to drive best practices and contribute to global talent initiatives
- Provide strategic advisory to business leaders on hiring trends and workforce planning
- Lead and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals across the United States and Brazil
- Optimize recruitment processes and implement innovative sourcing and assessment methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Experience working in a global matrix environment
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing talent acquisition teams
- Strong knowledge of HR technology and recruitment analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
