To support an ambitious and complex strategic agenda, we have an outstanding opportunity for a Head of Transformation to join our tenacious senior leadership team. This is a great job for someone who has experience of leading high value change and transformation programmes and is keen to make an impact with one of the UK's leading Insurance, Retirement and Wealth Management businesses!

A bit about the job:

You will be pivotal in working with our businesses to translate their strategic aims into successful outcomes by establishing and overseeing a change portfolio. You will:

• Shape initiatives and help the business develop well considered business cases and delivery plans
• Utilise your deep delivery expertise to ensure these are set up for success
• Oversee and report on the strategic/programme execution across the totality of the change agenda
• Identify initiatives that are (or could) go off track, deep dive into the root causes and agree recovery plans

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Successful delivery of change in a sophisticated business environment, preferably gained from working within Wealth Management, Insurance or wider Financial services would be beneficial
• Exceptional partner management skills coupled with senior level influencing, relationship management and troubleshooting
• Proven strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
• A strong background in defining and planning multiple complex project roadmaps simultaneously
• The ability to shape initiatives across multiple complex projects

• Starting salary Circa £140,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
