Passion for communications, with strong experience working in Washington on issues involving technology, either in an agency or corporate setting.
Professional-level writing, editing and verbal capabilities.
Strong collaboration skills -- flexibility to accept input from others and make changes based on circumstances.
Demonstrated planning, organization and project-management skills. Ability to focus and execute under tight deadlines.
Flexibility to quickly shift priorities and juggle multiple projects at once.
Collaborating with a broad team to create and implement media communications plans around public policy issues.
10+ years of experience
Creating a range of communications tools, including briefing documents, positioning, emails and other materials.
Enhancing the company’s relationships with media who cover Washington and public policy issues.
Organizing activities and engagements with company executives and media.
Preparing press coverage reports.
Bachelor’s degree or better (or equivalent experience).
Have a love for PR and public policy – and an ability to assess complex issues, quickly distill them, and communicate effectively with press, analysts and experiences
Deep respect for the role of the press and a desire to stay abreast of technology news.
The ideal candidate will be an organized and experienced public policy professional who is knowledgeable about Washington and thrives on balancing multiple projects simultaneously
We’re seeking a seasoned professional to be our first Head of Public Policy PR, helping us communicate the benefits of NVIDIA technology and our company's perspective to reporters and others focused on government-related issues, including regulatory matters around AI. The successful candidate will collaborate with NVIDIA’s PR, government affairs, legal, and product teams, as well as other senior executives, to develop and implement plans focused on media, influencers and others engaged in the intersection of technology and federal policy.
This is a terrific opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys helping to influence opinions on front-page issues, especially related to AI. It's ideal for a high-energy, creative comms leader with a love of news, a fascination with technology and a healthy appetite for fast-moving challenges.

The base salary range is $188,000 - $299,000.
