What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide training and technical assistance (TTA) to grantees regarding school readiness and family engagement
- Assist grantees in selecting and implementing child assessments and developmentally appropriate curricula
- Support grantees in improving teacher/child interactions as per the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS)
- Help grantees aggregate, analyze, and utilize data from multiple sources for informed decision-making
- Facilitate the development and implementation of family engagement practices aligned with the Parent Family and Community Engagement (PFCE) Framework

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of a BA or BS Degree in Early Childhood Education/Development from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of experience in programs for children from birth to five years, including technical assistance provision
- 1+ year experience working with infants and toddlers
- 1+ year experience in family engagement
- Must be fluently bilingual in English and Spanish

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Head Start programs
- Experience working within a Head Start Program
- Familiarity with research-based coaching models in early childhood education
