What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee a team of Grantee Specialists, ensuring effective delivery of training and technical assistance to Head Start and Early Head Start grantees
- Implement and manage a comprehensive quality assurance system for technical assistance and contract deliverables
- Conduct field observations and provide coaching to Grantee Specialists to assess and improve service quality
- Communicate with regional office staff to coordinate support and address monitoring findings and other risk factors
- Analyze and report on technical assistance data to inform improvements and align with state and national priorities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Seven years of experience, including at least three years providing technical assistance to Head Start/Early Head Start programs
- Experience coaching staff and managing remote teams
- Proven track record in developing and managing quality assurance systems
- Proficiency in data analysis to inform decision-making

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- Familiarity with Head Start Program Performance Standards and the Head Start Act
- Background in Early Childhood Education
- Experience using virtual platforms for presentations and discussions
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
