What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site, individualized, group, and virtual technical assistance related to governance, program management, and fiscal operations
- Assist recipients in correcting areas of noncompliance and deficiencies identified through federal monitoring
- Develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) to address root causes of noncompliance
- Maintain regular communication with Regional Office staff regarding TTA delivery and progress
- Develop and deliver effective presentations and training in program management and fiscal operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a BA or BS Degree from an accredited university or college
- 5+ years of experience related to program and/or organizational management and/or fiscal operations with Head Start/Early Head Start programs
- 1+ years of experience providing technical assistance to improve program operations and management systems
- 1+ years of experience communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, to various audiences
- Must have a valid driver's license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

- Fiscal expertise in budgeting, multiple funding sources, and applicable uniform guidance regulations related to Head Start audits
