      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide on-site, individualized, group, and virtual training and technical assistance (TTA) to recipients related to governance, program management, and fiscal operations
      - Assist in the correction of noncompliance and deficiencies identified through the federal monitoring process
      - Develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) addressing root causes of compliance issues
      - Maintain regular communication with Regional Office staff regarding TTA delivery and progress
      - Coordinate TTA with specialists to ensure effective integration of management systems improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A minimum of a BA or BS Degree from an accredited university or college
      - 5+ years' experience in program and/or organizational management and/or fiscal operations with Head Start/Early Head Start programs
      - 1+ years' experience providing technical assistance to improve program effectiveness and management systems
      - 1+ years' experience communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, to various audiences
      - Must have a valid driver's license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
