      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide on-site and virtual training and technical assistance (TTA) related to governance, program management, and fiscal operations
      - Assist recipients in correcting non-compliance and deficiencies identified through federal monitoring
      - Develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) to address root causes of compliance issues
      - Maintain communication with Regional Office staff regarding TTA delivery and quality improvement progress
      - Create and deliver effective presentations and training sessions on program management and fiscal operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a BA or BS Degree from an accredited university or college
      - 5+ years of experience related to program and/or organizational management and/or fiscal operations with Head Start/Early Head Start programs
      - 1+ years of experience providing technical assistance to improve program operations and management systems
      - 1+ years of experience communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, to diverse audiences
      - Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

      - Fiscal expertise in budgeting, multiple funding sources, and Head Start specific audits
      - Experience working with governing bodies and management teams to enhance program effectiveness
