      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide on-site, individualized, group, and virtual training and technical assistance (TTA) to recipients related to governance, program management, and fiscal operations
      - Assist recipients in correcting areas of noncompliance and deficiencies identified through the federal monitoring process
      - Develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) addressing root causes of noncompliance for recipients
      - Maintain regular and timely communication with Regional Office staff regarding TTA delivery and progress toward corrective actions
      - Coordinate TTA with specialists to ensure effective integration of management systems that support improvements to education, family services, and health services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a BA or BS Degree from an accredited university or college
      - 5+ years' experience related to program and/or organizational management and/or fiscal operations with Head Start/Early Head Start programs
      - 1+ years' experience providing technical assistance to improve program operations and management systems
      - 1+ years' experience assisting organizations in addressing compliance issues
      - Must have a valid driver's license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

      - Expertise in Head Start Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance (ERSEA)
      - Experience analyzing data to assist recipients in making data-informed decisions
      - Fiscal expertise in budgeting, multiple funding sources, and Head Start specific audits
