What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site, group, and virtual training and technical assistance to grantees regarding governance, program management, and fiscal operations
- Assist grantees in correcting noncompliance issues identified through the federal monitoring process
- Develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans to address root causes of deficiencies
- Maintain regular communication with Regional Office staff on TTA delivery and progress
- Coordinate with specialists to integrate management systems that enhance education and family services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years of experience in program and/or organizational management and/or fiscal operations with Head Start/Early Head Start programs
- 1+ year of experience supporting grantees to enhance program effectiveness and management systems
- 1+ year of experience providing technical assistance to governing bodies and program staff
- Must have a valid driver's license and pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience in a leadership role within a Head Start program or similar early learning program
- Knowledge of fiscal management practices
- Experience with web-based instructional applications
- Familiarity with American Indian and Alaska Native Tribal experiences
