What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site, group, and virtual training and technical assistance to grantees on governance, program management, and fiscal operations
- Support grantees in correcting noncompliance issues identified through federal monitoring processes
- Develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans addressing root causes of deficiencies for grantees
- Maintain regular communication with Regional Office staff regarding TTA delivery and progress on corrective actions
- Coordinate TTA with specialists to ensure effective integration of management systems supporting education and family services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years' experience in program and/or organizational management and/or fiscal operations with Head Start/Early Head Start programs
- 1+ year experience in supporting grantees to improve program operations and management systems
- 1+ year experience providing technical assistance to governing bodies, management teams, and program staff
- Must have a valid driver's license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience in a leadership position within a Head Start program or other early learning program
- Knowledge and experience in fiscal management
- Working knowledge of web-based instructional applications
- American Indian and Alaska Native Tribal experience
