      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the development of frameworks, plans, policies, and protocols to unify health information delivery
      - Create and maintain operational plans related to CMS clients, identifying and resolving gaps
      - Conduct research on federal and state healthcare policies to respond to inquiries with analytical writing
      - Perform data analyses to draft policy help desk responses and explain findings to non-technical stakeholders
      - Interface with clients and stakeholders while documenting decisions in a knowledge repository

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in health policy, health systems management, public policy, public administration, business management (analytical focus), or related discipline
      - 2-4 years of experience in federal consulting
      - 2-4 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
      - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Superior communication and writing skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in health policy, health systems management, public policy, public administration, business management (analytical focus), or related discipline
      - Understanding of federal regulations and programs surrounding healthcare
      - Expert knowledge of Excel, ServiceNow, and Jira
      - 4+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting
      - Willingness to assume a leadership capacity
