We are committed to fostering a culture of health and wellbeing across our Rail Infrastructure business. We are seeking a proactive and compassionate individual to facilitate and support our efforts. You will act a central point of contact for staff, management, stakeholders and suppliers, and collaborate with colleagues in the wider Health, Safety and Environment function. In this important role you'll help to ensure legal compliance and deliver continual improvement in pursuit of excellence. This is your role Develop and maintain related records, information, and management system documentation. Become the master coordinator of important metric data. Your expertise will be vital in capturing and organizing key performance indicators, empowering us to generate impactful reports that drive progress and inspire action. Forge powerful connections with our EHS team and a range of internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate our RI managed occupational health program data. Adhere to established guidelines will create a safe and effective environment Provide strategic updates to the RI business and directly contribute to the Siemens Mobility Wellbeing Portal to ensure it's clear and up to date. This is you A desire to contribute positively to the lives of others. A dynamic team member, you'll take initiative to identify areas for improvement and proactively implement solutions. Passionate about every detail, your attentiveness will ensure high-quality work that truly makes a difference. Dedication to procedures and processes, knowing that they lay the foundation for success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Your ability to connect, listen, and effectively convey information will inspire others to embrace healthier choices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools will be your toolkit for success, enabling you to work efficiently and produce impactful outcomes. Adopts a continuous learning attitude, embraces the opportunity to expand your knowledge in occupational health and wellbeing subject areas. Your experience and qualifications so far Ideally you'll have a Level 3 EHS Qualification or similar A background in Occupational Health, Mental Health and Wellbeing - this could be through work or volunteering You'll already have experience in administrative roles where you've organised and coordinated formal meetings and communications Your previous experience means you're now proficient with IT packages to conduct and deliver a high standard of work Experience managing and reporting on data in engaging and impactful ways About us We’re Siemens.
