What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to member inquiries regarding health and wellness solutions and requirements
- Engage prospective participants in discussions about program benefits and enroll them in health and wellness services
- Coordinate services with healthcare providers
- Handle referrals from providers and members
- Provide navigation and support for member portal interaction
- Schedule initial appointments for members
- Administer member satisfaction surveys
- Assist in documenting departmental procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate or GED equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in a health care related field preferred
- Two years of experience in healthcare delivery system, provider office, or the insurance industry required
- Three to five years of work experience in customer service/sales required
- Intermediate/advanced computer skills required
- 2-3 years of work experience in an inbound/outbound call center preferred
- Motivational interviewing experience preferred
- Experience with working in the CareAdvance platform preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of personal computers
