      Brief Description of the Role:

      An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Ear, Nose and Throat and Ophthalmology Outpatient department for a Health Care Assistant to join our team. The successful applicants must have NVQ/QCF Diploma or Apprenticeship at Level 2 and above in Health & Social Care or in Care, have excellent communication skills and be flexible with working hours.

      We are Multi-site working and work over 5 days a week (Monday to Friday, with some weekend work available). We are a multi-specialty department with vast range of knowledge to be learnt, we have highly skilled clinicians who are open to learning and we offer a range of learning opportunities.

      Main duties of the job

      You should be able to demonstrate excellent caring and people skills, gained through working in a care setting. This experience should have given you a good understanding of the fundamentals aspects of care. We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, motivated staff with excellent communication skills to join our forward thinking team. You must have a passion to deliver high quality care, be kind and compassionate. You must be a team player and strive for excellence for both the department and patients.
