What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide personal care and habilitation services to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Complete documentation as required by various licensing agencies in the Electronic Medical Record
- Implement treatment and behavior plans in compliance with organizational and state guidelines
- Engage clients in achieving their daily goals through active treatment
- Transport clients to appointments and activities in the community using a company vehicle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to obtain and maintain CPR, First Aid, and other required certifications
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
- Ability to use email and document services in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or a background in behavioral health
