What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide dedicated support to patients and healthcare providers regarding benefit coverage, payments, and reimbursements
- Conduct investigations and answer inquiries about insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs
- Assist with prior authorization processes and verify medical necessity
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and logs for customer transactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma and 4 years' experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years' experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be able to obtain a Missouri Pharmacy Technician license as a condition of employment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service and/or call center environments
- Knowledge of patient assistance, reimbursement, and pharmacy benefit management
- Experience in medical billing and coding
