What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead project management for EHR implementations, third-party vendor integrations, and other technical projects
- Scope and gather requirements for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Develop, maintain, and revise project plans and materials while tracking progress and identifying risks
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Provide excellent customer service to members and maintain trustful partnerships

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, Health Informatics, or relevant field, or a combination of education and 5-7 years of experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex project coordination or management, preferably in healthcare or IT
- Proven success in communication and relationship management with various organizational levels
- Experience with at least 3 Epic implementations preferred
- Technical aptitude to understand and collaborate effectively on assigned projects

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP/CAPM certification or equivalent experience leading EHR implementations
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools
- Experience working with fully remote project teams
- Familiarity with community care networks or community healthcare
