What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate activities of research project teams
- Collaborate with finance and investigators on project contracting, budgeting, and resource alignment
- Recruit, enroll, and manage study participants, ensuring smooth engagement and compensation
- Create and maintain study timelines, monitoring project deliverables and addressing risks
- Prepare and submit progress reports and dissemination products to stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience in complex project management and teamwork
- Working knowledge of medicine, public health, and relevant health services research issues
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- A Master's degree in a research or health-related field for Research Associates II
- A minimum of 5 years of health-related research experience, including full-cycle project management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with external partners and managing prime awards
- Familiarity with research and project management software (e.g., REDCap, Smartsheet)
