Job Description

- Partners with client manager to learn the health domain, client requirements and the Alight data model to help work through ambiguous situations in client delivery with a goal of being proficient in 18-24 months.
- Manages change order process to produce a client facing requirements document.
- Partners with our client teams specifically with customer care to delivery for our clients’ employees every day.
- Provides support for training and may assist with facilitating the training of Customer Care Representatives (requirements based).
- Develops a trusting relationship with our client contacts.
- Utilizes Alight's suite of tools to aggregate data to identify process improvement opportunities, and analyze trends so we can improve quality, the customer experience, and to reduce risk.
- Assists the CM and our delivery partner in any client escalations and oversees the resolution to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manages projects of small to medium size and complexity from beginning to end and will provide subject matter expertise to client.
- Co-leads, leads and participates in internal and external meetings
- Co-leads external client acceptance testing session to assist key client contacts by answering their questions about the application of the plan requirements and business rules into the system flows and participant-facing tools.
- Understands the contractual agreements and performance measures.
- Performs Alight acceptance testing to ensure requirements were effectively translated into system capabilities and participant-facing tools and notices
- Undergraduate degree preferred but not required.
- Ability to translate ideas & concepts into requirements that drive technical and process solutions.
- Strong analytic, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Curiosity along with an ability to learn quickly and apply feedback.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities & be effective in a fast paced environment.
- Prior experience caring for customers is ideal.
- Prior experience working in a cross-functional team is ideal.

Job Summary
Health Client Analyst will learn and assist in the process of capturing, updating, or defining plan and business process related requirements when changes occur, partnering with the client and more experienced Client Managers to consult and develop creative solutions for a client leveraging data, insights, and best practices, and for managing the delivery of these changes/projects. They also transition requirements and plan knowledge to the client team once requirements are reviewed and approved by the client and ensure that the end product meets the client’s requirements and enhances the customer experience. This requires working seamlessly with a global team of colleagues focused on risk mitigation, client delivery, satisfaction, and the customer experience.
The Client Analyst is our entry level position and will be viewed as the Health Benefits service co- lead for the client and will partner with the aligned client manager to ensure client satisfaction, domain consulting, technology solution consulting and requirements creation and maintenance. The client analyst builds a strong relationship with the client and interacts with the client contacts on a regular basis.

Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $44,600.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $70,800.00/year (for full-time employees).
