What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with federal clients to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables aligned with strategic health communications goals
- Develop work plans for campaigns, outreach initiatives, and scientific report launches based on client needs
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues using a customer-focused, collaborative approach
- Manage the execution of qualitative research, materials development, and outreach activities to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Handle project schedules, budgets, and track spending to ensure successful project delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public health, health education, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive project management experience
- Experience with federal public health programs, agencies, or similar contexts
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including strategists, writers, and designers
- Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritizing skills
