What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop high-quality written communication products, including brochures, reports, and training materials
- Collaborate with Tribes and Tribal organizations to ensure culturally-appropriate messaging
- Provide technical assistance and develop dissemination plans for effective communication
- Engage in performance measurement and reporting on communication campaigns
- Conduct literature searches and environmental scans to inform communication strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in health communications, public health, journalism, or marketing
- Proven experience writing and developing communication products for various channels
- Experience delivering training and technical assistance in a virtual environment
- Demonstrated cultural competence in working with Tribes and Tribal organizations
- Bachelor's degree in public health, communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

- Prior experience working with public health agencies or grantees
- Understanding of adult learning styles and training techniques
- Experience monitoring and evaluating communication campaigns
