What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage communications campaigns across various clinical topics, including developing targeted audience profiles and creating communication materials
- Support complex consultation projects by reviewing policies and recommending clinical workflows
- Conduct environmental assessments and run social media campaigns to promote implementation science
- Collaborate with project staff and subject matter experts to develop and execute implementation science plans
- Create client-facing materials, including briefs, presentations, and infographics, ensuring clarity and accessibility

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of communications and implementation experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong technical writing skills for clear communication within the Military Health System (MHS) and federal agencies
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with Adobe Professional and SharePoint
- Excellent client-facing consultation skills with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in the Military Health System, particularly with the Defense Health Agency or similar organizations
- Strong knowledge of dissemination and implementation best practices
- Background in public health or public policy
- Graphic design experience using tools like Piktochart or Canva for social media campaigns
- Understanding of how to effectively communicate across various audiences
