      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform quantitative analysis to inform the design, implementation, and evaluation of Medicare and Medicaid payment models
      - Conduct financial and trend analysis, calculate quality metrics, and perform ad-hoc analysis to address client needs
      - Apply machine learning, econometrics/statistics, predictive modeling, and data visualization methods to support health policy development
      - Efficiently query large databases of healthcare claims and eligibility data
      - Prepare data and information for internal and external use, contributing to reports and assisting with project coordination tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher
      - 2+ years of experience in a health/analytics-related field and experience using SAS, R, Python, or SQL in a research or consulting environment
      - Experience with healthcare claims and enrollment data in large data warehouse environments
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on meeting deadlines
      - Familiarity with healthcare data/payment concepts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree or Ph.D. in Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Public Policy, or a related field
      - Experience conducting statistical analysis to inform health policy
      - Understanding of Medicare payment methodologies
      - Experience managing and analyzing large datasets using SAS grid and other parallel processing techniques
      - Academic coursework in statistics or econometric modeling
