What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Capture, structure, and analyze publicly reported healthcare data to identify trends and insights
- Support healthcare partners by aggregating and analyzing clinical, quality, and financial data
- Analyze hospital performance metrics to demonstrate the value of interventions and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct analyses using CMS Pay for Performance data to optimize resource allocation and improve financial health
- Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions to enhance health economic and value-based care competencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Public Health, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in health informatics, data analysis, or a related role
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of value-based care models and metrics for assessing patient outcomes and healthcare quality
- Experience with healthcare data standards and interoperability frameworks such as ICD-10, HL7, and FHIR
- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing Power BI visualizations, including dashboards and reports
- Possession of a recognized certification in healthcare quality or patient safety (e.g., CPHQ, CPPS)
