      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct coding analysis for each individual patient stay to ensure accurate assignment of ICD-10 and CPT codes
      - Provide accurate diagnoses, procedures, and relevant database information to optimize financial reimbursement
      - Accumulate statistical data and collect unique and pertinent information
      - Perform related duties as assigned, adapting to various coding scenarios as needed
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with coding standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate from an associate or bachelor's degree program in health information or completion of a coding specialist program
      - 3-5 years of experience in ICD-10/CPT coding
      - Certification as CCA, CIC, COC, CCS, CPC, HCS, CEDC, CCS-P, RHIT, or RHIA
      - Knowledge of coding guidelines and regulations
      - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in ICD-10/CPT coding
      - Additional certifications in coding specialties
      - Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
      - Experience in a hospital or integrated healthcare setting
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
