What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with HIM areas to map existing processes and conduct readiness assessments
- Analyze and review HIM data to evaluate trends, opportunities, and risks
- Prepare reports for key performance indicators and metrics
- Assess departmental staffing and budgetary needs
- Serve as Project Lead for all HIM projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required, accredited college or university preferred
- RHIT, RHIA, or CPC and/or CCSP certification preferred
- 1-3 years of healthcare experience required
- 3-5 years administrative support or project management experience preferred
- Experience with process improvement methodologies preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Process Improvement training (Lean Yellow Belt, Mosaic, or Industry)
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
