What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process patient health information requests in compliance with company policies and HIPAA regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all privileged information
- Manage patient health records and ensure compliance with medical privacy regulations
- Respond to inbound/outbound calls and assist with patient walk-ins
- Perform administrative duties such as handling faxes, opening mail, and data entry

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong customer service and clerical skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate general office equipment
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Previous production/metric-based work experience
- In-person customer service experience
- Ability to build relationships with on-site clients and customers
- Willingness to bring new ideas and process improvement suggestions
