What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process all release of information (ROI), specifically medical record requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all privileged patient information
- Manage patient health records and respond to requests for patient records from various sources
- Assist with additional administrative duties such as handling faxes, opening mail, and data entry
- Consistently meet productivity expectations and inform management of any site difficulties

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong customer service and clerical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a high-volume production environment
- Basic computer proficiency and professional communication skills in English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Previous production/metric-based work experience
- In-person customer service experience
- Capability to build relationships with on-site clients and customers
- Comfort in suggesting process improvements and providing feedback to stakeholders
