What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct educational telephone calls advising members of available benefits, services, and programs
- Reach out to members with identified gaps in care and encourage compliance
- Manage system work queues and assign members to clinical team for call outreach
- Facilitate research and analysis of inquiries and complaints related to processes and designations
- Perform various immunizations and associated medical tests as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Associates Degree in education, communication, or health-related field or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of experience in a customer service support role
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks and set priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Medicare experience is a plus
