What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write and develop content for internal and external communication and marketing materials with minimal supervision
- Edit, proof, and review all communications to ensure compliance with the employer's tone, voice, and style
- Coordinate the production, ordering, and distribution of communications, including print and promotional materials
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors to manage communications projects
- Ensure all materials meet state and federal regulatory requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in communication, journalism, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing or communications experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in writing or editing
- At least 1 year of experience in managing communications projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, public relations, or a related field
- Experience with Associated Press (AP) Style
- Familiarity with SharePoint or similar Intranet programs
- Experience with Adobe InDesign
