      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Write and develop content for internal and external communication and marketing materials
      - Edit, proof, and review all communications to align with the employer's tone and style
      - Coordinate the production and distribution of communications, ensuring timely delivery
      - Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors for project coordination
      - Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements for all materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in communication, journalism, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum 2 years of marketing or communications experience
      - At least 2 years of writing or editing experience
      - 1+ years of experience managing communications projects
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, public relations, or a related field
      - Experience with Associated Press (AP) Style
      - Familiarity with SharePoint or similar intranet programs
      - Experience with Adobe InDesign
