      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate the review and clearance of operational plans, guidance documents, and standard operating procedures
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to draft and edit content for public-facing newsletters
      - Conduct editing reviews of deliverables to ensure alignment with style guidelines
      - Perform meeting documentation tasks, including distributing agendas and taking accurate notes
      - Proactively identify gaps that operational and tactical plans can resolve

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field
      - 1-3 years of communications experience
      - Fluency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Expert-level understanding of English grammar and plain language writing
      - Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Training to conduct 508 compliance reviews of documents
