      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Apply federal policy and regulations to data analysis
      - Analyze complex datasets related to health systems and population health
      - Produce high-quality analytical deliverables within specified timelines
      - Develop and improve standard operating procedures
      - Collaborate with systems development experts to automate repeat requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong interest in health policy
      - 1-3 years’ experience writing automated processes in Python
      - 0-1 years’ experience in data analysis and reporting in a client-facing role
      - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field
      - Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with audits, compliance, or monitoring
      - 3-5 years’ experience analyzing claims/encounter data, plan benefit package, enrollment, quality, and/or provider data
      - 1-3 years’ experience in federal consulting performing in an analytic role
      - 3-5 years’ experience using Python
      - Experience building and overseeing automated data pipelines
