What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage youth mental health programming efforts, including training and delivery of Youth Mental Health First Aid
- Coordinate and participate in the Youth Mental Health Steering Committee and related projects
- Assist with writing, coordinating, and reviewing Title V MCH Block Grant reports and application narratives
- Conduct site visits statewide to manage youth mental health activities and provide technical assistance
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of experience in youth mental health programming
- Knowledge of principles and practices in youth mental health and program planning
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license

- Familiarity with performance management and continuous quality improvement methodologies
- Skills in creating engaging presentations and websites
- Experience with community engagement and partnership building
- Knowledge of adult learning theories
