      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit qualified candidates for specific client focus groups or interviews
      - Screen candidates to determine qualification based on client criteria
      - Conduct cold calls as needed for certain projects
      - Enter and manage data in system databases, Excel, and Google Docs
      - Schedule and confirm participation for studies based on client-set dates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available to commit to a specific work schedule on a quarterly basis
      - Minimum availability of 20-25 hours per week for recruitment activities
      - Proficiency in Google Voice, Google Chrome, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office programs
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Strong communication skills for interaction with Project Managers in a virtual environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Intermediate experience with data entry in Excel and Google Docs
      - Some college education preferred
      - Previous experience in a medical-related field is a plus
      - Experience working from home preferred
