What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and drive client projects to ensure access to high-quality, cost-effective care for employees
- Collaborate with Health Solutions consultants to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Proactively enhance employer Care Delivery and clinical wellbeing strategies
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Care Delivery, educating clients and colleagues on best practices
- Manage client projects with strong project management skills, focusing on analytics and strategy development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of related experience in Care Delivery
- 4+ years of consulting experience
- Experience in data analytics and measurement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, particularly PowerPoint
- Undergraduate degree; master's and/or clinical degree preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales/business development experience
- Strong critical thinking and leadership skills
- Experience with advanced primary care and occupational health solutions
- Knowledge of health system solutions such as Centers of Excellence and Accountable Care Organizations
- Familiarity with mental health parity projects
