What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop relationships with named prospects, customers, and brokers as a trusted advisor
- Assess and identify the needs of prospects and brokers to provide ongoing account management support
- Prepare and present proposals and account reviews to Healthcare Services prospects and clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for the employer and broker, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
- Collaborate with various systems and internal teams to address client questions and issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare, customer service, sales support, or relationship management
- Ability to obtain industry certifications (ECFC, HSAe) within 6 months
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with HSA or related healthcare financial products
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Proven track record of successful account management or sales support
- Strong presentation skills and experience in proposal development
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
