What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide research support for healthcare quality measurement projects, including environmental scans and literature reviews
- Draft internal and external meeting materials, memos, and reports as requested
- Assist in project execution support, including scheduling and logistics for meetings
- Communicate project timelines and milestones to stakeholders effectively
- Maintain and update project webpages and databases to ensure accuracy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, or a master's degree in a healthcare or related field
- Knowledge of the healthcare delivery system, public health, health policy, and performance measurement
- Proficiency in drafting written deliverables and conducting research tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a nonprofit membership or consensus-based organization
- Familiarity with supporting event logistics and clear communication of next steps
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to apply new skills quickly
- Experience drafting presentations and reports
