Job summary
Under the supervision and direction of a registered nurse assisting the Ward/Department team in providing the highest possible standard of basic care for patients and their families/carer.
Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen on the ward 3a, acute cardiology, for permanent Band 2 Healthcare Assistants
Ward 3a is a 25 bedded ward caring for patients with multiple health needs
It is a fast paced ward and predominantly nurses cardiology patients
The successful applicants will be enthusiastic and hardworking, have excellent communication skills, be able to work as part of a team, have a good work ethic and be able to work in a fast paced environment
