What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform billing data entry and ensure accuracy by comparing data with source documents
- Research and resolve missing or incorrect billing information
- Verify insurance details and ensure timely processing of billing transactions
- Communicate with clients and patients via phone to address billing issues
- Meet daily and weekly productivity goals in a fast-paced environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1+ years of previous work experience, preferably in medical billing or related fields
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Alpha-Numeric Data Entry and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or goal-oriented work environments
- Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
- Experience in a team-oriented setting
