What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the subject matter expert for procedures, protocols, benefits, and services to resolve member inquiries
- Lead projects and address complex member issues as assigned
- Manage incoming and outgoing member phone calls to meet departmental goals
- Define and monitor performance and productivity standards for team members
- Assist with onboarding new staff and conducting quality assurance during training

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of Medicare Managed Care Plans
- Ability to type 40+ words per minute and experience with 10-key by touch
- Effective written and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of customer service experience, particularly in healthcare
- Previous lead experience
- College courses completed
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills
