What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and drive call center performance by tracking key metrics, including service levels and agent productivity
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to agents through call monitoring and performance reports
- Lead training and onboarding efforts to equip team members with necessary skills in a remote environment
- Conduct weekly performance check-ins and virtual team huddles to promote continuous improvement
- Oversee employee schedules and attendance to ensure adequate staffing levels and adherence to remote work expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare field
- Proven leadership success within a call center environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in PC software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and EMR
- Strong working knowledge of medical billing, insurance, and medical terminology preferred
