- Provide information on insurance coverage and benefits
- Handle prescription refills, order status updates, and tracking
- Educate customers on online self-service options
- Empathize and resolve customer concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 18+ years old & high school diploma/GED
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Customer-focused personality
- Full-Time schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to submit a drug test and background check
