      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Perform regular audits of member data to ensure compliance with client standards
      - Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
      - Experience with CRM systems or membership databases
      - Strong typing and data entry skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
