      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage policy-related inquiries, including billing, member information updates, terminations, and reinstatements
      - Provide accurate coverage information and assist with prior authorization and referral processes
      - Offer timely updates on claims status and address claims inquiries, including denials and appeals
      - Assist members with troubleshooting website issues and answer general health insurance questions
      - Maintain confidentiality and escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
      - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in claims examination, health insurance, customer service, call center, medical office, or related healthcare field
      - Must be able to clear a criminal background check
      - Strong computer skills, including data entry and screen navigation
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - In-depth knowledge of healthcare terminologies, eligibility, benefits, medical claims, and ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding
      - Ability to multi-task along with strong organizational and time-management skills
      - Self-motivated with deductive problem-solving abilities
      - Experience working independently and collaboratively within a team
