      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage policy-related calls, including billing inquiries and member information updates
      - Provide accurate coverage information and assist with prior authorization and referral processes
      - Handle claims status updates and assist with inquiries and reconsideration requests
      - Troubleshoot website issues and answer general questions about health insurance plans
      - Maintain confidentiality and escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in claims examination, health insurance, customer service, call center, medical office, or other healthcare-related field
      - Strong computer skills, including data entry and screen navigation
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Must be able to clear a criminal background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - In-depth knowledge of healthcare terminologies, eligibility, benefits, medical claims, and ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding
      - Ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail
      - Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
      - Experience working independently and as part of a team
