      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage policy inquiries, including billing, member information updates, and policy terminations and reinstatements
      - Provide accurate information regarding coverage plans, prior authorizations, and referrals
      - Assist members with claims status updates, inquiries, and reconsideration requests
      - Troubleshoot member website issues and answer general health insurance questions
      - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive member information and escalate complex issues as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
      - At least two (2-3) years of experience in claims examination, health insurance, customer service, call center, medical office, or other healthcare-related fields
      - Strong computer skills including data entry and screen navigation
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to clear a criminal background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - In-depth knowledge of healthcare terminologies, eligibility, benefits, medical claims, and ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
      - Self-motivated with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
      - Experience working independently as well as part of a team
      - Proven customer service skills
