What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service to members of a Medicare Advantage plan
- Exhibit empathy and active listening skills to address concerns of senior members
- Accurately document calls to reflect each interaction with members
- Meet and exceed call management targets in a contact center environment
- Manage calls professionally and escalate issues as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in health insurance/Medicare/Medicaid customer service
- 1 year of customer service experience in a call center, with a preference for QNXT experience
- Knowledge of Member Service, HIPAA, Claims, and Provider Services
- High School Diploma or GED; 2-4 years of undergraduate degree or certificate is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with data entry accuracy
